Inciary is a private productivity journal for dental work. By using the app, you agree to use it only as a personal work-tracking tool and to keep legally required records in the systems required by your clinic, employer, regulator, or local law.

• Inciary is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, treatment planning tool, patient record system, emergency service, or patient communication channel.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for complying with professional duties, clinic rules, patient privacy obligations, and local laws.
• Portfolio photos are for private work reference only. Do not upload identifiable patient information unless you have the right consent and legal basis to store it.

• Work entries, procedure notes, clinic names, photos, and financial summaries are user-entered private work information.
• Financial fields are private summaries and estimates. They are not accounting, payroll, tax, legal, or employment advice.
• Inciary does not replace medical, accounting, tax, employment, or clinic systems that you are legally required to maintain.

• You can request account deletion from the app or from the public account deletion page.
• Deletion removes the account and linked app data that we are not legally required to keep.
• The app is provided as available. We work to keep it reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
