Inciary is a private productivity journal for dental work. By using the app, you agree to use it only as a personal work-tracking tool.

• Inciary is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, treatment planning tool, patient record system, emergency service, or patient communication channel.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping any legally required medical, accounting, tax, employment, or clinic records outside this app.
• Portfolio photos are for private work reference only. Do not upload identifiable patient information unless you have the right consent and legal basis to store it.
• Financial fields are private work summaries and estimates. They are not accounting, payroll, tax, or legal advice.
• You are responsible for complying with your professional duties, clinic rules, patient privacy obligations, and local laws when using the app.
• You can delete your account in the app. Deletion removes the account and linked app data that we are not legally required to keep.
• The app is provided as available. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the app replaces your primary records.
