Account deletion

You can delete your Inciary account and linked app data from inside the app.

1. Sign in with the account you want to delete.
2. Open Profile, then Account & help, then Delete account.
3. Type DELETE in the confirmation field and submit the deletion request.

Deletion removes your product cloud account, clinics, journal entries, and settings. Deleting from the iPhone app also clears that account's local drafts, schedules, portfolio, and photos from this iPhone. Deleting your Inciary account does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage it in your Apple Account subscriptions. Apple purchase, subscription, fraud-prevention, and audit records may be retained only where needed for billing, security, legal, or accounting obligations.

If you cannot access the app, contact support at support@inciary.app and request account deletion from the email address linked to your account.
